The Zeekr 7X is new enough that finding accessories which genuinely fit — rather than a universal mat trimmed to shape — still takes some digging. The fitment detail that catches people out

There are two floor mat sets for the 7X, and they are not interchangeable. One is moulded for 2024–2026 cars, the other for 2025-on. Zeekr made changes to the footwell between builds, so a set bought on model name alone has a real chance of not sitting flat.

Before you order, check the build year on your compliance plate rather than the year you took delivery — a car delivered in early 2025 may well be a 2024 build. If the two do not agree, go by the plate.

Floor mats: what "three-piece" covers

Both 7X sets are three-piece: driver, front passenger, and one moulded rear section spanning the whole second-row footwell. The rear being a single piece matters more than it sounds — two separate rear mats leave a seam down the centre where grit collects and spills get through to the original carpet, and they slide out of alignment independently over time.

The 2024–2026 set is listed with a wear-resistant carpet layer over the moulded tray. The carpet is detachable, so the waterproof tray underneath stays accessible — useful after a wet weekend, when you want to lift the carpet out to dry separately rather than living with a damp cabin.

Why right-hand drive is not a detail

Floor mats are not symmetrical and cannot be flipped. The driver's mat has to clear the accelerator and brake, work around the throttle pivot, and leave the dead pedal usable. Take a left-hand-drive mat and turn it over and the moulded contours land on the wrong side — the mat sits proud near the pedals and can shift under your foot. That is a safety problem, not a fit annoyance.

Seat back protectors

The other item currently listed for the 7X is a two-piece seat back protector set, with three cut-outs so the seat back pockets and mounting points stay usable rather than being covered over.

Seat backs are the surface that ages fastest in any car carrying kids — shoe scuffs at exactly knee height, and on light-coloured trim they never fully clean off. A protector is cheap insurance on a panel you cannot replace without pulling the seat apart.
