Xpeng G6 and X9 Accessories: Floor Mats for Both Layouts
Xpeng sells two very different shapes in right-hand-drive markets — the G6 SUV and the seven-seat X9 people mover — and they need different floor mat sets. This guide covers what fits each one and the year-range detail X9 owners should check before ordering.
Why the X9 needs four pieces and the G6 needs three
It comes down to rows. The G6 is a two-row SUV, so a three-piece set covers it: driver, front passenger, and one moulded rear section spanning the full second-row footwell.
The X9 has three rows, so the set is four-piece — the same front two, a second-row section, and a third piece for the rearmost footwell. Buying a three-piece set for an X9 leaves the third row bare, which is the row most likely to be carrying kids with muddy shoes.

Xpeng G6: 2023–2024
Both G6 sets are moulded for 2023–2024 right-hand drive cars. The difference between them is the top surface: one is the moulded tray on its own, the other adds a coil-type carpet layer over it.
The bare tray is waterproof with raised edges — lift it out, hose it, done. The carpet version looks closer to the factory finish and softens road noise slightly, and the carpet is removable so you can still reach the tray underneath.

Xpeng X9: check your year first
This is the one to get right. The X9 four-piece sets come in two mouldings: one for 2024–2025 cars and one for 2026-on. They are not interchangeable.

Go by the build year on your compliance plate rather than the year you took delivery — those two often disagree by a few months, and the plate is what matches the moulding.
The 2024–2025 X9 set is also available with the coil carpet layer, same as the G6.
Right-hand drive, not flipped left-hand drive
Every Xpeng set here is moulded for right-hand drive. A driver's mat has to clear the accelerator and brake, work around the throttle pivot and leave the dead pedal usable — turn a left-hand-drive mat over and the contours land on the wrong side. A mat that shifts around the pedal box is a safety problem, not a fit complaint.

A note for X9 owners
Seven-seat interiors are harder to keep clean than any SUV, simply because more people get in and out and the third row rarely gets vacuumed. Full-coverage mats do more work in an X9 than they do in a G6 — if you are weighing up whether the four-piece set is worth it over generic mats, that is the argument.
