Zeekr X and Zeekr 009 Accessories: Two Cars at Opposite Extremes

Zeekr sells two vehicles in this range that could hardly be less alike. The X is a compact SUV; the 009 is a large luxury MPV. They share a badge and almost nothing else, and the protection advice for one is close to useless for the other. Here is what fits each, and why the reasoning splits.

What fits each car

Note that on both cars the boot liner covers a wider or later year range than the mats. That is common — boot floors change less often than cabin floors, because there are fewer things bolted to them.

The Zeekr X: a compact SUV that behaves like a hatch

The X is small. That changes what actually wears out, and the honest answer is: the floor, not the boot. A compact SUV boot carries shopping and a bag, and rarely sees the loads that ruin boot carpet.

Mats first, then. The boot liner is worth adding, but its value in a car this size is about flexibility — being able to throw something dirty in the back without planning around it — rather than protecting a surface that is taking daily punishment.

The Zeekr 009: three rows changes everything

The 009 is a different problem entirely. A large MPV has three rows, which means more people getting in and out, more feet crossing more floor, and a third row that in practice almost never gets cleaned.

In a seven-seat MPV the wear pattern is different again: more entries and exits, more surfaces in contact with people.

Full-coverage mats do considerably more work here than in the X. It is not that the product is better — it is that there is more floor being used, by more people, more often.

The 009 boot is the one case where load matters

With all three rows up, a large MPV's boot is a narrow, deep well behind the third row — and it is exactly where luggage goes on the airport runs these cars actually do. That is a loaded-and-unloaded surface, repeatedly, with hard-edged cases.

Suitcase corners dragged in and out of a deep well do more damage than most people expect, and they do it to a surface that is awkward to reach and clean. On the 009, the boot liner earns its place for a reason that has nothing to do with mud.

The comparison, plainly

Both end up with mats first, but for different reasons — and the case for the boot liner is much stronger on the 009.

Check the year on both

The X mats are listed for 2023–2024 and the 009 mats for 2022–2024. Neither is open-ended. Check the build year on the compliance plate rather than the year you took delivery: cars built late in a year are frequently delivered the next, and that one-year slip is the most common reason a set does not fit.

Where to start

On the X, mats. On the 009, mats as well — but do not treat the boot liner as optional if the car does airport duty, because suitcase abrasion in a deep well is real and hard to undo.

Both cars sit under Zeekr: the Zeekr X and the Zeekr 009, alongside the Zeekr 7X.
